Preparing for Class
When you register, the energy begins preparing you. You may notice shifts or releases even before class. This is natural—your body and spirit aligning with the higher frequency of Reiki.
To deepen your experience:
- Set aside some technology-free time before class.
- Eat whole foods; limit caffeine and alcohol.
- Rest, journal, and create space for yourself.

- Registration is required; space is limited.
- A non-refundable deposit holds your place (transferable to another class within 12 months).
