Classes are a combination of lecture, discussion & hands-on experience! They are deeply healing, fun, and upbeat.  The lessons are often taught through stories.

Online classes:  Please have an internet connection, a computer or tablet with video and audio capabilities, and a quiet space to enjoy the class.  Your online manual will be sent with a zoom link and instructions a few days before class.  You may wish to have earphones with a microphone for better sound when sharing.

In-person classes: bring lunch, a journal, a water bottle, slippers, and a comfy blanket.

• Registration is required, and space is limited. 
• Your deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a future class within 12 months.
• You may begin to shift the moment you decide to take the course or sign up for the course.  This is an expansion of your energetic frequency and a release of the lower frequency energies that hold you back and no longer serve you. While shifting can be uncomfortable, it is short-lived.  Many of these energies, injuries, and emotions are letting go for good.  It is a positive sign so do your best to release them with love and to ensure you make it to class.

What is Holy Fire® Reiki?  

In January 2014, Holy Fire® Reiki energy presented itself to William Rand.  This is a more refined energy and contains a higher level of consciousness than Reiki had previously contained.  The attunement process was replaced with an ignition process where the energy no longer needed to pass through the teacher but instead interacted directly with the student.  Nothing was taken away from the traditional Usui Reiki Master teaching, but the Holy Fire® energy, symbol, and techniques were added.  Holy Fire® energy continuously develops and expands.

During Covid, we were Divinely guided to begin teaching classes online, and despite our reservations, we found online classes to be just as powerful (and maybe more powerful) than in-person classes.  They also have a much smaller cost and create a smaller environmental footprint for our students.

Generally, once you sign up for the class, your energy starts to shift to get ready to move to a higher frequency so if you experience brief health issues or emotional or physical discomfort, please be aware that it is your body shifting, releasing energies you no longer need, preparing to move to a higher vibration.

You can do a few things to help the Reiki, and Holy Fire energies go “deeper” into your consciousness if you wish. While not necessary – this does facilitate a more powerful use of the energies if you choose to observe the guidelines.

• Take 2-3 days before the class as technology-free time, do not listen to the news or read the newspaper if possible.
• Eat whole foods and eliminate caffeine and alcohol.
• If you really want to detox before the weekend, Mrs. Takata (who brought Reiki to North America) has a juice blend – with one 2” beet, 1 Tbsp watercress, two stalks of celery, and one medium carrot, and 2 cups purified or spring water.  Give Reiki to this mixture for 1-2 minutes before chopping it at high speed in a blender.  This blend is supposed to purify the blood and detoxify the liver, gallbladder, and lungs.  It is recommended to drink small amounts and wait an hour or more to see how your body responds to it.  I generally only drink about 1/3 of the mixture per day.
