SUMMARY:Animal Communication Class
DESCRIPTION:It is possible to communicate with animals – and because I had to work so hard to learn this skill\, I’ve become quite adept at helping others learn the art of animal communication.\nIn our deeper\, level 2 Horse clinics\, we noticed that most people can hear the horses at the end of the first day.  Because some people simply wish to hear the animals and are unable to attend the full Level 2 Horse workshop\, we have developed a simpler one day class to teach animal communication (and dowsing). \nThe class has proven to be a resounding success -with most of the participants to date being able to communicate with and even more importantly – hear their animal friends upon completion of this magical and fun day at Hidden Brook Farm.  Horses are the best teachers of animal communication as they give us body language to back up what they are saying.  And the key to animal communication is becoming still\, learning to enter the heart space and then gaining confidence with what you hear.  Scientists including Dr. Jane Goodall are recognizing that not only are animals communicating with us – but they understand everything we say\, think and feel.  And they are now proving it with astounding results in scientifically conducted experiments. \nAnimal communication has occurred for millenia across cultures.  But in our culture and generation\, we have lost this skill.  Come and learn how to hear the animals again.  It is well worth the time spent! \nIf this speaks to you – we hope you will decide to join us for this fun and fact filled day. \nI speak of my journey to hear the animals in the article published in the Reiki News magazine’s fall 2013 issue.  Read it here. \n click here for the article HorsesThatHeal

DESCRIPTION:Reiki masters or Reiki level 3 (Master Healer or Advanced Reiki Training) who have been practicing for at least 6 months are eligible to attend this class. \nThis class is the next step after Reiki Master and is complete with two levels\, two attunements\, four master symbols and eight treatment symbols. William Lee Rand has experimented with and taught this system for over 11 years and has found it to be effective and powerful. In fact\, he has found that most students find it more powerful than Usui Reiki! The energy has a more definite feeling to it and heals more quickly and on a deeper level. It works on the emotional and spiritual levels and also can help one become more grounded. Those who receive the attunements report experiences with their guides\, angels\, and higher self and feel the healing presence of other enlightened beings. \nA brief description of the four Karuna® I symbols is given here: The first symbol prepares the client for deep healing and is useful with past life issues. SUMMARY:Level 3 Horse clinic (finally) - Horse Medicine
DESCRIPTION:This clinic will be offered for the first time at Hidden Brook Farm and it goes so deep – that we will have to keep you overnight!  Don’t worry\, there will be campfires and drumming – and we will greet the dawn on Sunday with a sunrise drumming ceremony.  Energies will shift!  Intense personal healing will take place.  And new understandings around horses and spirituality will come about!\nWe are excited to put together the pieces of MANY different horse classes and courses we have been attending in the last few years to form this wonderful and intense healing weekend with the horses.  Level 2 participants have been asking for it. And so have the horses! \nPlan to camp overnight at the farm for this clinic which will combine advanced horse energy work and horse medicine work.  The clinic will explore new ideas – and will involve intense horse healing for the participant.  No knowlege of horses is necessary.  Participants will use Hidden Brook Farm horses who will be trained in this work.

Carrot and 2 cups purified or spring water.  If you have Reiki already – you can send Reiki into this mixture prior to chopping it at high speed in a blender.  This blend is supposed to purify the blood and detoxify the liver\, gallbladder and lungs – but caution should be used with it as it is a powerful detoxifier.  My Reiki Master\, William Lee Rand recommends drinking small amounts and waiting for an hour or more to see how your body responds to it.  I drink this mixture occasionally – and it is powerful.  I can generally only drink about 1/3 of the mixture per day. \nJust a quick note on how to get here.  If you are coming from Fredericton\, drive out the Killarney Road until it meets Route 8.  Turn left or North toward Stanley\, Boistown\, Doaktown and stay on Route 8 until you reach the Durham Bridge.  Cross the bridge.  The road comes to a V or Y – take the left road.  You will pass a small school called Nashwaak Valley Elementary School.  The Upper Durham Road is the first road to your right and is just after the elementary school.  This is a farm\, and there are dogs\, cats\, turkeys\, chickens\, horses – pretty much everywhere.  Well\, the horses are usually in the field\, but the birds\, dogs\, cats and often children are free range.  So hopefully no-one has any allergies.  Most of the hair will be vacuumed up – but for those with sensitive allergies\, I just like to mention the menagerie to ensure no-one is uncomfortable during the course.  Although the dogs are outside\, the cats sometimes decide to join us.  They are very intuitive with the energy. \nI look forward to sharing the gift of Reiki with you!

SUMMARY:Level 2 Horse Clinic (Beyond Natural Horsemanship)
DESCRIPTION:How do I describe this clinic?  This unbelievable clinic will change the way you look at horses forever!  But it is so deep and so profound – that facilitators and attendees alike have difficulty putting it into words.  Are we glad we attended?  You betcha.  Many attendees come more than once.  Can we understand horses better?  Yes.  On a level we did not even know existed.  Many can hear the horses – and can certainly connect better.  We understand their wisdom. And how to call on it.  We see how horses are affected by energy and emotions.  And get into touch with our own. \nThis clinic was born from Linda Kohanov’s work.  And along with this\, it combines dowsing\, my own Reiki work with animals\, animal communication and my own understandings from the horses. \nYou are welcome to attend with a horse (as long as you have already completed level 1 join up and groundwork with them)  or to use one of our horses (they already know the work so level 1 work is not necessary if you wish to use a Hidden Brook horse.  Horses who attend receive a complimentary Reiki attunement if they and their owner wish.  There is a bit more information about this clinic in the recent article the Reiki News magazine published about our farm.  I love all of the work we do here at the farm.  But this clinic is by far the deepest and most profound. \n \n  \nclick here to read the article:  HorsesThatHeal \nThis 2 day clinic strengthens the bond between horse and human – beyond that which can be accomplished simply with natural horsemanship principles.  We explore animal communication\, energy\, heart connections\, emotional healing with horses and more.  The bond and shift in understanding between horse and human that results is profound and difficult to put into words – even for those who have participated. \nThis clinic is open to people who have already attended a level 1 clinic\, or who work with their horses now on join-up\, ground-work and desensitizing and have established a connection which is ready to go deeper.  Because of the personal and emotional nature of the work\, the clinic is not open to auditors. \nThis is a life changing few days…  and most participants can hear the horses after the first day.  And while we do LOTS of work and improve our understanding of the horse – this magical clinic culminates with an “emotional healing” by the horse. \nIf you feel guided to join us\, please do!

Carrot and 2 cups purified or spring water.  If you have Reiki already – you can send Reiki into this mixture prior to chopping it at high speed in a blender.  This blend is supposed to purify the blood and detoxify the liver\, gallbladder and lungs – but caution should be used with it as it is a powerful detoxifier.  My Reiki Master\, William Lee Rand recommends drinking small amounts and waiting for an hour or more to see how your body responds to it.  I drink this mixture occasionally – and it is powerful.  I can generally only drink about 1/3 of the mixture per day. \nJust a quick note on how to get here.  If you are coming from Fredericton\, drive out the Killarney Road until it meets Route 8.  Turn left or North toward Stanley\, Boistown\, Doaktown and stay on Route 8 until you reach the Durham Bridge.  Cross the bridge.  The road comes to a V or Y – take the left road.  You will pass a small school called Nashwaak Valley Elementary School.  The Upper Durham Road is the first road to your right and is just after the elementary school.  This is a farm\, and there are dogs\, cats\, turkeys\, chickens\, horses – pretty much everywhere.  Well\, the horses are usually in the field\, but the birds\, dogs\, cats and often children are free range.  So hopefully no-one has any allergies.  Most of the hair will be vacuumed up – but for those with sensitive allergies\, I just like to mention the menagerie to ensure no-one is uncomfortable during the course.  Although the dogs are outside\, the cats sometimes decide to join us.  They are very intuitive with the energy. \nI look forward to sharing the gift of Reiki with you!

SUMMARY:Animal Communication Class
DESCRIPTION:It is possible to communicate with animals – and because I had to work so hard to learn this skill\, I’ve become quite adept at helping others learn the art of animal communication.\nIn our deeper\, level 2 Horse clinics\, we noticed that most people can hear the horses at the end of the first day.  Because some people simply wish to hear the animals and are unable to attend the full Level 2 Horse workshop\, we have developed a simpler one day class to teach animal communication (and dowsing). \nThe class has proven to be a resounding success -with most of the participants to date being able to communicate with and even more importantly – hear their animal friends upon completion of this magical and fun day at Hidden Brook Farm.  Horses are the best teachers of animal communication as they give us body language to back up what they are saying.  And the key to animal communication is becoming still\, learning to enter the heart space and then gaining confidence with what you hear.  Scientists including Dr. Jane Goodall are recognizing that not only are animals communicating with us – but they understand everything we say\, think and feel.  And they are now proving it with astounding results in scientifically conducted experiments. \nAnimal communication has occurred for millenia across cultures.  But in our culture and generation\, we have lost this skill.  Come and learn how to hear the animals again.  It is well worth the time spent! \nIf this speaks to you – we hope you will decide to join us for this fun and fact filled day. \nI speak of my journey to hear the animals in the article published in the Reiki News magazine’s fall 2013 issue.  Read it here. \n click here for the article HorsesThatHeal

DESCRIPTION:There has been so much interest in our riding lessons by both people who would like to travel for an occasional lesson with our horses and with people who would like to bring their horses for a lesson. SUMMARY:Fear Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Although this workshop was originally designed to work on fear of horses – we have discovered that it is helpful in moving past fear no matter what the source of the fear in your life is.\nEveryone experiences fear at some point when they work with horses.  In fact\, it’s a healthy emotion.  But horses sense fear.  And while a small amount can be healthy\, a large amount can affect your horse\, your performance and your safety.  When fear gets trapped in our body\, we can even experience physical pain or stiffness so it is a lovely thing to learn how to let it go.  This clinic is equally effective for the horse-person who has had their confidence shaken or who wants to improve their partnership and performance and the non-horseperson who wants to learn to manage their fear so they can live life more fully. \nThis workshop takes a look at fear as it relates to horses and then as it relates to life.  We gain an understanding of the emotion\, how it affects horses and what we can do about our own fear so that we do not trigger a horse’s fear response.  This workshop yields profound results – and can release severe phobias and fears –as well as minor ones.  It is surprising the affect fear can have on the body and it is so healthy to release it. \nWe look at why we experience fear.  How it works in the body.  How it affects horses.  Energy.  How do we get past fear?  Essential oils.  EFT tapping. \nPlease join us and be done with fear.

SUMMARY:Outside Riding lessons
DESCRIPTION:There has been so much interest in our riding lessons by both people who would like to travel for an occasional lesson with our horses and with people who would like to bring their horses for a lesson. Carrot and 2 cups purified or spring water.  If you have Reiki already – you can send Reiki into this mixture prior to chopping it at high speed in a blender.  This blend is supposed to purify the blood and detoxify the liver\, gallbladder and lungs – but caution should be used with it as it is a powerful detoxifier.  My Reiki Master\, William Lee Rand recommends drinking small amounts and waiting for an hour or more to see how your body responds to it.  I drink this mixture occasionally – and it is powerful.  I can generally only drink about 1/3 of the mixture per day. \nJust a quick note on how to get here.  If you are coming from Fredericton\, drive out the Killarney Road until it meets Route 8.  Turn left or North toward Stanley\, Boistown\, Doaktown and stay on Route 8 until you reach the Durham Bridge.  Cross the bridge.  The road comes to a V or Y – take the left road.  You will pass a small school called Nashwaak Valley Elementary School.  The Upper Durham Road is the first road to your right and is just after the elementary school.  This is a farm\, and there are dogs\, cats\, turkeys\, chickens\, horses – pretty much everywhere.  Well\, the horses are usually in the field\, but the birds\, dogs\, cats and often children are free range.  So hopefully no-one has any allergies.  Most of the hair will be vacuumed up – but for those with sensitive allergies\, I just like to mention the menagerie to ensure no-one is uncomfortable during the course.  Although the dogs are outside\, the cats sometimes decide to join us.  They are very intuitive with the energy. \nI look forward to sharing the gift of Reiki with you!

DESCRIPTION:Reiki masters who have been practicing for at least 6 months are eligible to attend this class. \nThis class is the next step after Reiki Master and is complete with two levels\, two attunements\, four master symbols and eight treatment symbols. In fact\, he has found that most students find it more powerful than Usui Reiki! The energy has a more definite feeling to it and heals more quickly and on a deeper level.
